Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Competition is open to all permanent residents of South Africa between ages 21 and 55 who have celebrated their White Wedding or Traditional Wedding and have photos to show as proof.
2. Registration runs between the 28 September and 27 November 2023.
3. Registration / Entry Fee: FREE
4. The competition requires a Participant who is active on Facebook and Whatsapp.
5. The competition involves SMS Voting and a Website Voting Marathon and there will be weekly eliminations which will start on the second week of the competition participation.
6. SMS & Website Voting monies are non-refundable should the Participant decide to withdraw from the competition.
7. Participants / Finalists will be added to the Whatsapp Group Chat for daily communication, updates and weekly voting results.
8. The Winning Couple will be announced in January 2024 and the Couple will be invited to dinner for Prize-Giving on the end of January 2024.
9. The two (2) Runners-up will receive Surprise Vouchers.
10. The Prize caters for ONLY 60 GUESTS.
    Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
11. The Main Prize includes the following:
    • Venue & Catering
    • Attire (his and hers)
    • Décor
    • Make-Up
    • Cake
    • Photography
12. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, re-schedule and/or extend the Competition Period.
13. The Organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend cancel/terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice should in the event it becomes impossible to continue with the competition due to reasons beyond their control.
14. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice.
15. By reading all the above T/C’s and participating in this Competition, all Participants agree and acknowledge that:

• All intellectual property rights belong to the Organiser and the ideas and concepts used in this competition will not be used by a participant for other related activities for personal gain without our consent.
• Each Participant consents to the collection, use, processing of their personal information including & without limitation – the Participant’s real names, photograph or image for purposes of the Competition, including advertising and publicity.
